Established in June 2012, Wayfaring is a boutique IT Recruitment Consultancy, well-equipped with both the knowledge and experience of the Australian IT Market. ‘Wayfaring’ represents the journey that we take as individuals in our working lives, and that journey is endless. Our expertise is derived from extensive experience recruiting for multinationals, SME’s, as well as boutique businesses throughout Europe and Asia-Pacific. We build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients that become partnerships over time – a true extension of your business. A core focus of our business is discovering new talent, hence we search for the highest calibre of IT professionals across the globe.
